College Application Kickstart
Class of 2026, if you want to alleviate the stress of the college application process before senior year begins, this workshop is for you. To provide individualized support, the event will be held in a small group of 8 students. Space is limited.
In this 4-day workshop, students will be provided with:
An overview of the college admissions process, with a focus on the factors that colleges value and how they evaluate the different parts of your application.
Strategies for submitting a standout application.
Instructions on how to complete the CSU and UC applications.
A college match values assessment through Corsava™ to consider school preferences and “fit” as you build your college list.
A personalized spreadsheet that allows you to stay organized as you track application requirements and deadlines.
The development of compelling and impactful descriptions in the Activity List section of the application.
The completion of two (2) UC PIQs. Students will be guided through essay brainstorming, content, and structure. Your edited essay will be ready for polishing.
Cost: $750. Full payment is due in advance. Cancellations will not be refunded.
Dates: Monday, June 23-Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 2-5pm daily
Before the start of the workshop, students will receive a detailed itinerary with instructions on what to bring for the first day. Outside of class time, students will have daily essay writing assignments to complete.
